A brand new Beatles Yellow Submarine

With all the success of the Beatles Rock Band music video game, producers at Disney and Apple Corps, along with director Robert Zemeckis, now think they can turn some of that momentum into an animated feature. The goal is to remake the classic 1968 film Yellow Submarine into a 3D animated adventure, incorporating 16 Beatles tunes into the fold. The movie would be put together by ImageMovers Digital, Disney’s performance capture animation studio. It’s likely that scenes will appear very similar to the animated appearance of the band within EA’s video game.
