It’s a shoe-in for Disney
Speaking of toon shoes… Disney is partnering up with adidas over the next few months to “kick” off (ha!) a new line of Disney-themed footwear, clothes, and accessories. We’re talking about t-shirts, sweaters, hats, socks, sneakers, the whole bit! In addition to the 3-stripes design adidas has made famous, the collection’s initial launch will showcase some of Disney’s larger icons, like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy. Future variations will be available in the spring and summer of 2010, featuring Toy Story characters; just in time for the summer’s theatrical debut of Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 3.

I never owned toy or toon styled shoes as a kid, but I do have to say, those mickey shoes look pretty darn sweet…
