Konami calls Upper Deck a cheater at Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG
Yu-Gi-Oh! has been around for quite some time now, over a decade in all. Through that span, the series has undergone many changes; different stars, different channels, etc. There’s also issues with the toys and printed cards, as well. Just the other day, Konami announced that Upper Deck allegedly printed thousands of fake cards for its popular trading card game in China, bringing them to the U.S. and other regions. Konami’s official claim is that Upper Deck “distributed and currently is distributing to Vintage and others counterfeit reproductions of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG’s ‘Rare Cards.” Better check your cards!
What’s even funnier (and, I guess, sadder) for Upper Deck is that one of their own lawyers has publicly turned against them. Attorney Richard Howell is quoted as saying “Upper Deck doesn’t have a lot of Life Points. We’re talking about behavior that, from a defense attorney’s standpoint, I can’t defend and I am not going to defend. I’m here defending a counterfeiter. And now I have to deal with that issue.”
Ouch. And he even used “life points” to diss them! That’s a fierce burn.

Konami and Upper Deck have been at it since Konami purchased the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG rights, regardless, I had a pretty good laugh at this.
Way to go Upper Deck, way to go. Chances are, they're doing it for more games than just Yu-Gi-Oh!.
