Sonic the Hedgehog 4, Sonic’s episodic return to 2D, hits PS3, Wii and 360 this summer
It’s been 16 years in the making, but the long awaited sequel is finally coming to our favorite home video game system; Sonic the Hedgehog 4, a direct sequel to 1994’s Sonic & Knuckles on Sega Genesis, is headed to Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3. Originally codenamed “Project Needlemouse,” Sega officially announced that the title will also be episodic, with Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 looking like the Sonic game we want it to be! The event takes place this summer, ready to be downloaded to WiiWare, PSN, and/or XBLA. Check out the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 after the break, and let us know what you think!

My all time favourite game was Sonic 2, for Genesis. I didn't really like the slowness of Sonic 3… Sonic Advance was also sorta good, because it was portable and less glitchy than Sonic Chaos and Triple Trouble for the Sega handheld…
The only 3D Sonic games I felt were actually done right were Sonic Adventure I & II. They actually had fun, easy game play, and okay story lines.

woooooot!!!!!
