Disney plans to release Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, in IMAX 3D theaters simultaneously with the film’s regular-theater release on March 5th, 2010. This is the third film as part of the the five-film agreement between IMAX and Disney, which was announced in 2008. This live-action presentation of Disney’s animated classic stars Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Mia Wasikowska as Alice.

The Turbo Dogs are still off to the races, living it up on qubo, and loving every minute of it. Bolt’s official website is now up and running!  Disney’s latest super dog, whose movie is just a few weeks away from hitting theaters on November 21st, is filled with Bolt-related content.  Pictures, games, downloads, and tons of info on the CGI animated adventure comedy film.  Check it out and let us know what you think!

Watch the show, read the books!  The super slick Flash-animated series Hero:108 is all set to hit a TV near you next year.  Along with that, they’ll also have a series of novelty books being based on the series over in Europe.  The basic story is about a united band of human and animal heroes hoping to end the war between humans and animals once and for all.  No word yet on if there will be a fight between TV and books

Arthur, one of the longest running animated series on TV, will turn 12 this week with the launch of its twelfth season.  The show, which airs on PBS Kids Go! has been around for over a decade, but is still going strong.  This week will feature five new episodes of Arthur, focusing on getting involved in the local community.  Special guest stars lending their voices to the show include Lance Armstrong and Joan Rivers.

The Turbo Dogs crossed the starting line this past weekend with their first episode.  You can catch (or try to catch …they’re fast!) the Turbo Dogs every week, and hang out with the whole gang; Dash, GT, Mags, Clutch, Strut, and Stinkbert.  How many got to see the first episode?  And if so, what did you think?  We’re looking for some Cartoon Reviewers here at ToonBarn so let us know!
