Looking into Cartoon Network's Sym-Bionic Titan

Sym-Bionic Titan is ’s latest and greatest action adventure toon, ready to rock your TV. The series was created by Genndy Tartakovsky, famed developer behind previous hits on the CN, like Dexter’s Laboratory and Samurai Jack. Sym-Bionic Titan follows the adventures of three beings from the planet Galaluna who crash-land on Earth while attempting to escape their war-torn world. Ilana, princess of Galaluna; Lance, a rebellious but capable soldier; and Octus, a bio-cybernetic robot. When called into battle, the Galalunians are outfitted with individual armor, ready to ward off the treats of an evil General, Modula. In times of great crisis, Octus activates the sym-bionic defense program and the three merge form the cyber-giant, Sym-Bionic Titan. Now, at least, you know where the name comes from. Cartoon Network ready to unleash Sym-Bionic Titan

The era of exciting new series on is upon us, as the channel continues to crank out some big titles. Perhaps the biggest, well at least with the size of the giant robot, is Sym-Bionic Titan; a hybrid of high school drama and giant robot battles. The series will follow the adventures of three extraterrestrial beings that flee their war-torn home planet of Galauna, only to crash on Earth, where they fight space monsters commanded by General Modula, a nefarious villain. The Sym-Bionic Titan, the giant robot the series is named after, is the ultimate line of defense, utilizing Manus and Corus armor systems; smaller robots that protect the heroes. The series is created by Genndy Tartakovsky, the brains behind two other successful toons: Dexter’s Laboratory and Samurai Jack.
