Naruto fans, rejoice! Starting this October, Viz Media’s popular anime is making its way to Disney XD, after Disney ABC Cable Networks Group signs a deal to acquire the Naruto Shippuden animated series. New (-ly dubbed) episodes will hit the airwaves in just a few weeks, ready to entertain a whole new audience set. And now that Disney and Marvel are such good pals, maybe Naruto could introduce himself to Mickey Mouse and Wall-E. …in a friendly manner, of course.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja 4Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja 4 will be out soon for the PlayStation 3.   …er… , that’s PlayStation 2.  Namco Bandai is still celebrating Naruto’s success on the older generation of video game consoles, but whatever it takes to get us new Naruto gaming is fine by me!  The story features an older Naruto returning to Hidden Leaf Village after spending two and a half years training on his own, and features 52 playable characters!   Check out the trailer, below!

Trick or Treat Bakugan!

Trick or Treat Bakugan!OK, so you’ve been a ghost.  A pirate.  Maybe a Pokemon.  Probably Naruto.  And of COURSE you’ve been Batman.  But have you been Bakugan character for Halloween?  Maybe this year can be the year!  Cartoon Network Enterprises has signed up with a company called Disguise to make Halloween costumes based on Bakugan.  They’ll be available in stores this fall, just in time for the candy-based holiday, which is still almost 9 months away… have you already got your costume idea??

Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, and Inuyasha DVDs

Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, and Inuyasha could be in your home as early as April of the new year! VIZ Media, LLC and Warner Home Video have signed an exclusive deal that will bring these franchises to DVD — both archived and new episodes. The deal covers most of North America, including the US and Mexico (sorry, Canada!) and could start seeing DVDs in stores on April 1st.
