We know that the upcoming game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled, is due out August 5th. But, what you might not realize is how much Ubisoft’s game has evolved since Konami first released it in arcades nearly 20 years ago. We’re inching closer to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled, the modern day remake of Konami’s 1991 side-scrolling arcade classic. The 4-player game features our green pals battling Shredder’s forces through history, and future, and has a new …time for when it will hit Xbox Love Arcade: August 5th. Ubisoft claims a launch on the PlayStation Network will take place later this year, but so far no word confirming the game for Nintendo Wii. Check out a cool preview trailer after the break!

Season 2 of The Spectacular Spider-Man starts tonight on Disney XD! Be sure to TOON in at 7pm tonight (June 22nd) for a special back-to-back premiere of the Spidey series, which is even cooler now that we have our behind-the-scenes look! In the first episode, “Blueprints,” Peter wants to talk to Gwen about their first kiss, but first, Spider-Man has a run-in with Mysterio. In the second episode, “Destructive Testing,” Peter wrestles with his feelings for Gwen and Liz, when Kraven the Hunter arrives to make Spider-Man his prey. The very first episodes of Wibbly Pig are almost reedy to debut! 9 Story Entertainment will showcase a preview of the series based on books by Mick Inkpen, readying everything for TV by this fall.  Right now, the show is geared to air via Cbeebies in the UK, and TVO and Knowledge Network in Canada.

To hype up the launch of Disney XD, Disney will feature free preview episodes on iTunes, including an episode of Aaron Stone starting January 29th and preview episodes of Jimmy Two Shoes and Kid vs. Kat starting February 5th.  They will also feature content on Xbox 360, with free preview episodes of Aaron Stone on February 6th, and Jimmy Two Shoes and Kid vs. Kat on February 14th.  Check out a preview of Jimmy Two Shoes after the break!

This weekend, CW4Kids showed an exclusive sneak peek of their newest series, Gogoriki. Did any of you guys check it out?   Here’s the official overview of the series:
