Nickelodeon teases Tuff Puppy, from the makers of The Fairly OddParents
Dudley, a crime-fighting super hero, has everything going for him; strength, speed, agility, and a weakness for… BONES!!! Yeah, he’s not human, he’s a dog. A puppy, in fact. More specifically, a TUFF Puppy. Nickelodeon’s new T.U.F.F. Puppy series brings Dudley and his partner, Kitty Katswell, up against the world’s super villains, like Verminious Snaptrap and D.O.O.M. the Diabolical Order Of Mayhem. The toon, which is slated to launch on Nick in the next few weeks, was created by Butch Hartman, the guy behind The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom. Take a look at the teaser trailer and let us know if you’ll be watching this fall! (more… )

Now imagine that when you grow up, you lose those fairy guardians. Terrible! Well, that’s the challenge that Timmy faces with Nickelodeon presents the upcoming, future-set movie A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner. The special, a mix of live action and CG animation, takes Nick’s The Fairly OddParents animated series 13 years to the future, where Timmy is now 23, and refusing to grow up. Why? Because “Da Rules” say godchildren lose their fairies when they do, and Timmy would have to leave Cosmo and Wanda behind. We’ll get the sneak peeks when we can, and look for the debut of this movie next year, 2011. (more… )
